This role is critical in supporting the legal and administrative processes related to medical liens, expenses, payments, and reimbursement tracking.
You will collaborate closely with attorneys, case managers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in case management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and track medical reimbursements, liens, expenses, and related documentation for personal injury cases.
- Review, organize, and maintain accurate financial and legal records associated with reimbursements.
- Communicate proactively with attorneys, case managers, and external parties to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Utilize internal systems and legal software to update case information, track payments, and generate reports.
- Support general administrative and legal tasks, adjusting priorities based on workload demands.




- Identify potential issues or missing information and escalate them proactively to the appropriate team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience as a Legal Assistant in a U.S. law firm is required.
