**SEN Teaching Assistant - KS1**

**What the School Is Looking For**
Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
Experience supporting pupils with ASD, behaviour regulation and communication needs
Confident delivering phonics, ideally including Little Wandle or similar programmes
Ability to support learning in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early literacy development
A calm,



consistent and positive approach to behaviour management
Team-focused, proactive and committed to supporting pupil progress
