**Position Responsibilities**
- Take ownership for the ongoing development of every sales representative through joint calls, product / competitor modules and sales meeting content.
- Provide leadership and facilitation of all onboarding-related sales training programs for new hires including interns.
- Ensure Uline culture, best practices and procedures are displayed on a daily basis.
- Make sales calls in open territories as directed when not engaged in training and onboarding activities.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- Proven track record of achievement of key metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
