**Front Desk Associate - The Red Tree House**
The Red Tree House is the #1 Bed & Breakfast in Condesa, known for its warm hospitality, charming ambiance, and highly personalized service. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest, and we take pride in offering a welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully run home away from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, transportation, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process payments and handle billing questions or adjustments when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and common work areas.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
- Help with light physical tasks when needed,



such as assisting guests with luggage, moving small items, or helping organize inventory and supplies.
- Support general day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the house, even outside strict front desk duties.
- Keep track of office and front desk supplies and report needs to management.
- Provide clear communication between departments to maintain excellent service flow.
While we do have dedicated housekeeping and maintenance teams, this role requires a team-player mindset. Everyone at The Red Tree House contributes to creating a welcoming, well-functioning environment, and flexibility is essential.
