**About the Role**:
As a CBRE Facilities Sr.
Manager, you will manage manyfunctions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, orportfolio of buildings.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functionalarea which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets,providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investmentplans.
**What You'll Need**: Bachelor's Degree 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Facilities management (industrial sites) Fully Bilingual (english-spanish) Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
