Role - **Manager - Fabric/Digital Printing Facility**
**Location - Tijuana, BC**
**Over 5 years of experience is must, Strong English is required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end operations of the fabric printing facility
- Plan and allocate work across printing, cutting, and finishing teams
- Operate and oversee dye-sublimation, vinyl/large-format printers, and heat transfer processes
- Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and production timelines
- Handle color calibration and print profiling
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance
**Required Skills**:
- Strong experience in digital printing, dye-sublimation, and vinyl/large-format printing
- Hands-on ability to operate printing machines
- Knowledge of color management and calibration
- Team management and work allocation skills.
