**Job Summary**:
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- Support Quality KPIs of the different Focus Factories
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC-A-610, RoHS **UL, NOM, CSA** - and customer-specific requirement
- **
RCCM analysis** on the quality complains, and make sure action plan is implemented gráficas de tendencia, 5w, pareto, ishikawas, 8d, six sigma (yellow, green, black)
- Train and mentor product and quality team members; promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:




- Bachelor´s degree
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Experience with electronic components: PCB assembly, Drivers and testing processes.
- Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies
- Train and mentor quality team members; promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
