**Job Summary**:
The Manufacturing Engineer & Service Cabs Implementation Coordinator ensures the successful introduction of new products and the effective deployment of service cabs by developing and validating manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation before production launch. This role bridges design, manufacturing, and service cab implementation, guaranteeing that new products and service cab solutions meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while complying with safety and regulatory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in CPPD and design reviews to influence product and service cab design for manufacturability.
- Conduct feasibility studies for components and assemblies across welding, painting, assembly, and service cab integration processes.
- Guarantee adherence to APQP and PPAP requirements for all manufacturing and service cab projects.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and packaging teams to ensure smooth transitions for both product launches and service cab rollouts.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the planning, scheduling, and execution of service cab implementations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and customer requirements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of service cab projects, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
**Degree Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the field.
- Intermediate - Advanced English.
- Knowledge of technical drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and solid modelling
- Working Knowledge in SAP
- Knowledge of cutting machines, presses, and machining centers
- Ability to conduct problem-solving analysis.

- Explains fundamental tools used to observe processes and detect waste.
- Shares industry or organizational cases of both successful and unsuccessful lean implementations.
- Identifies core lean principles and key aspects of the lean manufacturing methodology.
**Manufacturing Processes**:
- Working knowledge of welding process.
- Capable of reading and interpreting components and assembly drawings.
- Experience in creating assembly procedures and train operators.
- Ability to conduct timing analysis and create assembly routings.
- Knowledge of cutting machines, brake presses and machining centers.
- SAP Management, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo Parametric and VSM.

**Additional Information**:
- Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas Facility.
- This position is five days a week office model
- Be available to rotate shifts if necessary (from 7:00 am to 5:36 pm and 9:00 pm to 6:45 am).
