**Credit & Collections Representative**
**Location**: Yecapixtla, Morelos
Are you an experienced **Credit & Collections professional** looking for stability, growth, and the opportunity to make a real impact?
We are looking for a **Credit Representative** to manage and support a portfolio of accounts while working closely with Sales and Management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, resolving discrepancies, and building strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
**What you will do**
- Manage credit and collections activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Participate in bi-weekly conference calls with Sales teams.
- Negotiate collection matters, including refunds, account adjustments, discrepancies, and short payments.
- Review orders in a timely manner and decide whether to hold or release orders based on defined criteria.
- Reduce account delinquencies and meet departmental collection goals.
- Partner with Sales and Management to accelerate collections and ensure effective follow-up.
- Support the Credit Department and assist the Credit Manager with special projects as needed.
**What we are looking for**
- 3+ years of experience in **Credit & Collections**.
- **Bilingual Spanish / English** (required).
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Excel**.
- Experience with **JD Edwards** is a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset.
