**Position Summary**
- Under supervision, he/she performs activities or assignments where fundamental knowledge of concepts, techniques, or practical experience within an engineering discipline enables him/her to support manufacturing processes or projects.
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Under supervision he/she implements improvements in manufacturing processes using engineering tools and observing quality system policies (examples: URS,



TMV, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Executes analysis activities or write reports by using Microsoft office tools or queries in documentation systems (Agile, GKN, etc.) for assigned tasks or improvement projects.
- Provides engineering support for assigned tasks on production lines observing quality systems for tasks such as but not limited to root cause investigations, trainings, etc.
- Executes engineering runs, collecting data and executing its capture in analysis packages such as Excel Word, Project, Minitab or equivalent.
- Executes time studies for process optimization and write manufacturing instructions or visual aids on assigned projects.
- Under supervision initiates engineering changes to modify or update process instructions or system updates.
**Education / Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor level degree in engineering
- At least 2 years minimum preferably within the medical device industry
**Specialized Skills / Other Requirements**
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience working with manufacturing and automation equipment suppliers, contractors, assembly personnel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multi-functional departmental leadership.
- An understanding of ISO, GMP and FDA regulations.
