Job Scope The CEO will oversee day-to-day operational activities for the SOFOM entity, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and service quality. This full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and monitoring performance indicators to align operations with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with government agencies and regulatory bodies, managing government relations, interpreting relevant regulations, and ensuring timely reporting and audits.

The CEO will also manage budgets, coordinate with customer-facing teams to maintain high service standards, and contribute to strategic decisions that support international expansion and risk management.





Essential Requirements

- Strong Operations Management skills, with experience in process optimization and regulatory compliance within financial or SOFOM environments.
- Proven Team Management skills, including leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to support sustainable operations.
- Demonstrated Government Relations experience, particularly in dealing with Mexican regulatory authorities and financial sector regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in SOFOMs or other financial institutions in Mexico, with solid knowledge of local regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.
