Sourcing Specialist – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

The team
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Research team, you will collaborate with stakeholders in the Sourcing /
Recruiting / Business groups to research, develop and deliver intelligence thereby enabling the success of the company and our clients. You may work in any of our businesses involving Consulting.
The Researcher will deliver comprehensive research and on-demand intelligence for a variety of market and functional specific requests in the Recruitment context. He/she will serve as expert on direct sourcing strategies, tools, methodologies and practices.
- Partner with aligned stakeholders to create and implement sourcing strategies for active and future requisitions
- Focus on target companies and industries to identify talent for various recruiting needs
- Administer reactive talent sourcing while driving towards a more proactive talent
- Pursue every available outlet (deep web, databases, networking, internet, job boards, in-house channels) to find the intelligence/information that is requested
- Execute various types of research requests like talent mapping, market data intelligence,
compensation analysis, name generation etc.
- Recommend tools, channels, and best practices for talent attraction
- Develop holistic talent identification and research strategies to solve the business talent needs
- identify emerging recruiting platforms to optimize sourcing, pipelining and customer experience
- Research candidates contact information including phone numbers and emails
Qualifications
Required:
- Completion of course of study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry.
- +3 years of experience in research at an IT or consulting firm, or in recruitment within a corporate environment, including passive candidate identification, market mapping, and talent pool creation and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
- Experience in a global company preferred. Strong understanding of a global talent attraction landscape with emphasis on the MX geography
- Ability to learn market and competitive changes quickly, best-in-class search process, including candidate research and outreach techniques
- Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites,
applicant tracking systems and creative sourcing techniques. Candidate identification via Boolean/internet searching.
- Experience creating search strategies, mapping markets and gleaning industry insights
- Hands-on research, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Preferred
- Experience with some ERP with the Talent acquisition
- Ability to identify candidates for respective industry/service lines, paper screen candidates,
and propose candidates to the recruiter/business
