BCN includes Consulting Services, Knowledge Services, and Shared Services teams. BCN Mexico is one of our growing locations, supporting teams across the Americas and beyond. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the BCN Mexico Recruiting team and support campus and lateral hiring for our Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function teams.
You’ll partner with the Recruiting Manager to align on priorities and strategy while independently managing recruiting activity across multiple functions. You’ll also work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates, universities, and recruiting colleagues across Bain.
As an experienced member of the team, you’ll use data, market insight, and strong stakeholder relationships to support talent decisions. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues and help strengthen BCN Mexico’s recruiting capabilities as the organization grows. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Independently manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions for campus and lateral roles
Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Use multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates
Lead BCN Mexico’s campus recruiting activity, including relationships with universities, career services teams,
faculty members, and student organizations
Design and deliver campus events, including information sessions, case workshops, job fairs, panels, and diversity-focused programs
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies
Provide stakeholders with talent-market information and data-informed recruiting recommendations
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, including time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, and diversity
Mentor junior team members and contribute to improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working
Stay informed about talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas to how we source, assess, and hire
Help provide a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding ABOUT YOU
You have four to six years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
You hold an MBA or postgraduate qualification in human resources, or a related field
You have experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing and candidate engagement
Experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage
You have experience supporting both campus and lateral hiring
You are comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
You are fluent in Spanish and have advanced English skills, with the ability to engage candidates and colleagues in both languages
You build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
You are familiar with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems
You have strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and ownership skills
You are comfortable managing multiple searches and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and can support reporting and dashboard development
