We are looking for a Jr.
Legal Counsel to review and draft commercial contracts with suppliers, identify legal risks, and advise the Human Resources department on labor matters that may arise, ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law.
The role will also involve promoting adherence to the company's internal policies and, in general, supporting the legal department in mitigating corporate risks.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1 to 2 years of experience in corporate law, labor law, or commercial contracts.
Preferably, experience in a multinational or transnational company, or in a law firm providing services to international corporations.
Proficiency in Office / Google Drive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and draft commercial contracts, NDAs, and agreements, as well as participate in negotiation practices and contract management.
Practical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, labor NOMs, specialized services (REPSE), and basic social security matters (IMSS/INFONAVIT).
Identify legal risks, propose mitigation measures, and prepare reports.
Support labor compliance (LFT), labor practices, and coordination with Human Resources.
**Document management**: Digitize and scan contracts, minutes, and legal documents; maintain organized and updated physical and electronic files.
Conduct legal research and provide clear, well‐supported conclusions.
SKILLS
Critical analysis and risk identification.
Basic contract negotiation.
Strong writing, analytical,
and communication skills.
Organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Risk reporting and mitigation proposal.
**LANGUAGE**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
