**Profile**:
Two to three years of experience in accounting.
Advanced business and accounting English level.
Accounting degree or good understanding of bookkeeping procedures and standards
Time management and organization skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Products
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude to tackle busy and challenging work.
Strong computer skills.
Adaptability to new software programs
**Job Functions**:
Organize and support day-to-day accounting procedures.
Maintaining records for all transactions, preparing financial reports and processing reimbursements
Manage other finance-related projects
Book invoices
Bank reconciliations.
Maintain vendor and customer information documents.
**Hours and Commitment**:
This position is offered as a full-time position
The standard schedule will be 9:00am 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time with a 30-minute lunch
Probation Period Intempus observes a 90-day probation period to review employee’s performance.
