Legal Intake Specialist
**Location**: (On-site / Plaza Girasol)
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Legal Intake Specialist** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, serving as the gatekeeper of the firm. You will manage inbound calls, assess client needs, and guide them through the initial consultation process.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage all incoming calls to the main office line
- Identify caller needs and accurately document information in the call management system
- Determine whether cases qualify for free consultations, paid consultations, or are outside the firm’s scope
- Route calls to the appropriate department or team member




- Manage inbound sales calls and guide clients through contract signing when applicable
- Maintain compliance with firm intake protocols and quality standards
**Qualifications**:
- B2 level (or higher) English proficiency (strong speaking skills required)
- Intermediate or higher written English skills
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant
- Experience in Immigration Law (is a plus)
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional verbal communication
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
