**SECTION I**: GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Support for the management and control of the employee experience budget, ensuring compliance with the department's monthly and annual expense projections. Key contributor to the organization and execution of employee experience events.

- Completed professional degree
- Budget management
- Database management
**SECTION III**: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Power BI (desirable)
- Analytical skills
- Effective communication
- Initiative
- English (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP, TM1 (desirable)
**SECTION IV**: MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of budget management systems (SAP, TM1)
- Management of the purchase order process (contacting suppliers, obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, and following up on invoices)
- Analysis and administration of the department's budget, monitoring compliance with metrics
- Application of limits and responsibilities policies / purchasing processes
- Leading and implementing employee experience initiatives, ensuring quality and satisfaction for our employees.
- Project development (departmental events and activities)
- Actively participating in the promotion and dissemination of the area's services.
- Customer service, providing information, guidance, or assistance to staff and their families who require services from the area, ensuring at all times alignment with and demonstration of BRP values.




- Creation and administration of databases.
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring departmental metrics, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and actively participate in area improvement projects and/or special assignments.
- Ensure the standardization of services and processes across campus.
- Comply with established security rules according to your role.
- Complete all required training for the role on time.
