RealTruck is seeking a strategic and results-oriented **Sourcing Specialist** to lead supplier identification, negotiation, and audit processes.
This role ensures supply chain reliability, cost efficiency, and supports product development through strong supplier partnerships.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers
- Lead RFQs and commercial negotiations
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams
- Define sourcing strategies and drive cost-saving initiatives
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in sourcing, supplier development, or procurement
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (plastics, metals, extrusions)
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
