**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Kaizen Blitz events and oversee 5S program follow‑up.
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and propose cost‑benefit-driven initiatives.
- Support savings calculations, Lean Six Sigma internal certification tracking, and process/improvement documentation.
- Follow up on project execution to ensure results are sustained, while supporting operational systems like Tier Management and Gemba Walks.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, leading initiatives without direct reporting authority.
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:




- Bachelor’s Degree AND 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement positions
OR
- Technical Degree AND 6 years of experience in Continuous Improvement positions
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- English Level: Intermediate (B2)
- Green Belt or Black Belt certified
- 3 years of experience executing improvement projects in operations (Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Engineering)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge in Minitab
- Strong organizational skills and effective project follow‑up
- Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
