Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Queretaro for the position of Staff Accountant.

The Staff

Accountant will oversee financial transactions, prepare monthly financial statements, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include supporting budgeting activities and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles

- Strong knowledge and experience with VAT compliance

- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation

- Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management

- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
