**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Backend Software Engineer** with strong expertise in **Python** to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems.
This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of core platform components, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
**What You Will Do**
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for web, mobile, and third-party integrations.
- Build resilient, high-performance services supporting real-time and high-traffic environments.
- Optimize system performance, security, and reliability following industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, data privacy, and gaming regulations.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for analytics, fraud detection, geolocation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with product, data, security, and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis to maintain system stability.




- Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies in gaming, fintech, and AI-driven fraud detection.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend systems.
- Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing.
- Experience in API development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, analytics systems, and geolocation-based access controls.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and scalability principles.
- Experience with security and compliance standards (AML, KYC, data privacy).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
**Nice to Have**
⭐ Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-transaction platforms.
⭐ Familiarity with fraud detection systems or AI/ML-based solutions.
⭐ Experience working with distributed systems and real-time data processing.
