**Inbound Sales Representative** - Mexico City **(Onsite)**
Location: CDMX - Onsite Alcaldía Benito Juárez
**Compensation: Base salary $19,000 - $21,000 (MXN) + Uncapped Commissions**
Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative at RUI’s new Mexico City call center, you will handle incoming calls from prospective customers interested in our client’s Internet services. Using strong product knowledge, active listening, and a consultative sales approach, you will guide callers through available plans, match solutions to their needs, and close sales—all while providing an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
**This role is onsite at our CDMX facility.**
**Schedule**
Must have open availability Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm EST (equivalent MX local time window).
You will receive your permanent 8-hour shift during your first week of training.
**Training**: 2 weeks, Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm EST (onsite).
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

- Handle inbound prospect calls related to new Internet service inquiries.
- Use prepared scripts and consultative questioning to understand customer needs and recommend the best solution.
- Effectively present product features, pricing, and promotions to influence purchasing decisions.
- Build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and address customer questions with clarity and professionalism.
- Work in a fast-paced,



performance-driven environment with hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain general knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
- Accurately capture customer information and enter data into CRM systems.
- Follow all quality assurance guidelines and call flow requirements.
- Comply with company, client, and regulatory policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
**Must Have**
- 2+ year of sales or customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
- Experience in inbound sales, tele sales, or customer engagement roles is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive sales style.
- Ability to multitask, self-manage, and stay organized.
- Team player with a positive attitude and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
