**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Administration Engineer)
- Work experience: At least 2-4 years in similar position in automotive industry
- Professional knowledge and skills: Problem solving tools, specific customer requirements, FMEA, control plan, process release
- Language: English (medium)
**Tasks**:
- Rearrange work processes and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks
- Execute containment measures, sorting and rework activities; Implement corrective and preventive actions, make sure the appropriate actions are taken to prevent recurrences
- Participate in the usage of preventive systems instead of reactive and tools as first piece release (PPAP), FMEA's and Control Plans
- Support process standardization along with Operations management
- Implement problem solving methods
- Support in new process definition
- Promote process approach in all quality activities as a service department
- Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement; implement the actions determined
- Create and update quality instructions, visual aids, internal catalogs




- Approve internal parts as release reference
- Management of SPC software
- Statistical process control activities and decision making to release product based on data analysis
- Implement and administrate control methods to
- Implement and maintain process controls with special measurement characteristics (SC/CC)
**Responsibility**:
- Monitor cost of non-quality, implement corrective actions as needed, in cooperation with the core team
- Assure compliance with process and procedural directives
- Accomplishment of process audit goals along with the technical and operational departments
- Accomplishment of customer requirements
- Perform continuous improvement along with the respective technical departments
