**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, FDA guidelines, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- **Cross-functional Leadership**: Lead multidisciplinary teams—including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs—to achieve project goals.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identify potential project bottlenecks and develop strategies to minimize delays.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status reports and managing expectations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/PhD)

- **Experience**: 5-7+ years of experience in project management, clinical research, or consulting within the medical, pharmaceutical, or medtech industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), scheduling software, and data analysis.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in matrixed environments

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per month
