**Responsibilities**:
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment regarding matters of importance.
- Develops a workflow for field service technicians.
- Assists in goal setting, skill enhancement, and performance review activities for field service technicians.
- Set coaching, training and follow up as main processes for this position.
- Investigates and resolves any issues resulting from poor performance by your team.
- Ensures team members follow company policies and procedures.
- Manages training for field service technicians as needed.
- Conducts and/or compiles site studies.
- Oversees local casino documentation necessary to complete work orders.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service by maintaining high quality and integrity in the work environment.
- Reviews operating expenses with the Regional Manager and identifies spending trends and methods to optimize the budget.
- Determine short
- and long-term projections based on proximity and number of customers served in a particular area.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Liaise with AGO for incident tracking.
**Skills/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related field desirable; minimum requirement, high school diploma or technical degree and administration.
- Desirable 3 years of progressively responsible experience in field service in an electronic gaming machine environment
- Able to create a supportive and accountable environment.
- Mandatory 3 years of previous leadership experience, desirable within a field service team and/or remote employees.
- Excellent communicator who works well with others and treats employees fairly with a strong customer service orientation.
- Experience building efficient work teams.
- Knowledge of all facets of field operations leadership and management.
- Experience coaching technical staff.
- Management and delegation skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with technicians, support staff, and valued customers.
- General knowledge of mechanical and electrical terminology and practices (mandatory).
- Track record of delivering results in operations, developing others, retaining high-performing staff, creating a positive and trusting work environment, and safety.
- Must be proficient with MS Office products and possess the ability to learn sales or service-related software tools.
- Strong knowledge of SAS and S2S (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries (mandatory)
- Advanced handling of internal information and data generated by the company's administrative systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of DB (mandatory)
- Knowledge of time management and task management
- High level of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel and be away from home 25% of the year
