- Eligible for remote work after approximately one month, upon meeting KPIs and having a stable internet connection
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute dialing lists to move contacts from “unverified” to “verified,” supporting the efficiency of U.S.based recruiters.
- Use GPT productively (prompting, call summaries, message improvements) to accelerate daily tasks.
- Communicate professionally:
- Clear and understandable English during phone calls
- Precise and concise written updates
- Meet weekly activity metrics (e.g., ~100+ responses or “pickups” per week).




- Collaborate with leadership in simple and transparent metric reviews.
**Requirements**:
- **2 years of experience in sales.**:
- Experience in recruiting is preferred.
- **C2 English level (native)** with a clear and understandable accent for U.S. phone calls.
- High outbound calling productivity, excellent note-taking, and organized follow-up within workflows.
- **Must be willing to start in an on-site modality; eligible for remote work after meeting KPIs.**
