Overview
We are seeking a bilingual **Customer Service & Support Specialist** to handle order entry, customer service, customer support, and basic technical support. This role is based in CDMX and supports customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Provide customer support and basic technical troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written)
- Must be **located in Mexico City (CDMX)**:
- Experience in customer service or order processing preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and office systems
Pay: $25,000.00 per month
