**Project Manager (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:




- **Guides and coordinates the cross-functional team**, establishing milestones, communications, and support for engineering projects related to new business development and design/material changes.
- **Manages internal and external supplier relationships** to ensure deliverables and project milestones are met within budget.
- **Collects prototypes and launch documentation** and validates customer submissions through the Quality department.
- **Coordinates prototype activities** with Product Engineering, Quality, and Metrology, defining measurements, techniques, and layouts.
- **Identifies and manages deviations and risks** related to quotes, contracts, or project agreements.
- **Ensures on-time and on-budget product launches**, serves as the main interface with the customer, and communicates plan, schedule, or budget variances to Marketing and Management.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Customer management experience
- New project launch experience
- Experience in rubber product manufacturing
- Advanced English proficiency
