You support our team as
**Regional Order Execution Center Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing
- Coordinates and integrates the subordinate lines




- Optimizes service creation processes in and between the subordinate lines
- Harmonizes and ensures flexibility of all resources
- Plans investments, costs, personnel, rationalization, process organization, and organizational structure
- Collaborates with strategic purchasing
**Qualifications**:
- Academic degree: Mechanical, industrial, or related Engineering.
- Experience in Project Management or order fulfilment or operations in an engineered-to-order (ETO) or make-to-order (MTO) environment with EPC, OEM, End-user contact
- Knowledge of Mechanical Seals, Supply Systems, and rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, etc.)
- Basic interpretation skills of mechanical drawings, PID’s
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes: metal-mechanics
- Proven people leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams and multi-country setup
