**What You Will Do**:
- Lead product and process improvements using quality engineering tools and company standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, product, and process requirements, including ISO/IATF standards
- Interpret customer requirements and align them with operational execution
- Oversee laboratory testing, audits (LPA), and data integrity
- Identify risks, solve problems, and coach teams on Plant Optimization (PO)
and quality practices
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and IATF 16949
- Experience in laboratory testing, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence teams
- Clear and effective communication
- Team-oriented and adaptable
