Halo Publishing International is looking for a professional, detail-oriented **English-speaking Customer Service Representative** to join our in-house team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely, clear, and professional communication in English
- Guide authors through the publishing process and answer questions at each stage
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, sales, and marketing
- Track client communication and ensure consistent follow-up
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency
**Qualifications**:
- **Fluent English (spoken and written) - required**:
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

**Compensation**:
- Monthly salary**:$14,000 - $15,000 MXN**, based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities
**Schedule**:
