**Data Analyst**
The TA Analytics Analyst is responsible for transforming recruiting and workforce data into actionable insights that drive informed hiring decisions and optimize Talent Acquisition performance. This role partners closely with TA leadership and stakeholders to analyze large volumes of recruitment data, develop dashboards and reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends that improve hiring efficiency, quality, and strategy.
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of previous experience in Data Analysis.
- Experience working with operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with Tableau & Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).




- Upper intermediate English Level (B2).
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment data models (plus).
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze large volumes of Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities that improve hiring outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain TA dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to provide real-time insights on recruiting performance.
- Deliver monthly and recurring presentations to TA leadership covering hiring performance, KPIs, and operational results.
- Monitor and report on daily and monthly fill rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, recruiter productivity, and other core TA metrics.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to ensure compliance with established KPIs, SLAs, and internal governance standards.
- Manage, maintain, and continuously enhance TA Admin KPIs, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across systems such as ATS, HR systems, and reporting platforms.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
