**3-5 years of Digital Printing experience on HP Indigo and Ricoh Presses**
- HP Indigo and Ricoh multi-platform trained as a digital press operator
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
- Previous training experience and train-the-trainer certification required
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels and all positions within the organization
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Incumbent will have a passion for excellence in people, processes, and analytics. This is a hands-on position that will require a self-motivated, high-energy level individual.
- Ability to organize and lead training situations
- Indigo and Ricoh multi-platform trained as a technician (preferred)
- Have excellent computer skills and knowledge of the following software packages:
- Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Able to travel as required
- Ability to work all shifts as required
