Centris,is a U.S. headquartered customer contact hub offering bilingual (English & Spanish) call center, back-office, and support services with three nearshore locations. Headquartered in Texas, Centris has become one of the most rapidly growing inbound customer service hubs in Mexico with locations in Monterrey and Aguascalientes.
We are looking for a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to support our sales team by generating new business opportunities through **outbound prospecting and lead qualification**.
This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for our services.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Identify and reach out to potential clients
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Conduct initial conversations to understand client needs and challenges
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Follow up with prospects and manage ongoing communication

- Experience in **sales, prospecting, and lead generation**:
- Experience initiating conversations with new clients or prospects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)**:
- Experience using CRM tools
- **Preferred Experience**_
- B2B sales experience
- Experience managing or building a pipeline

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
