About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted partner to leaders across Watlow's three Mexico sites that include members of the manufacturing, finance, facilities, quality, engineering, and EHS teams, ensuring alignment between people practices and functional goals. This role focuses on collaborating with site and functional leaders to execute strategic and HR initiatives that enhance team member engagement, support business performance, and strengthen organizational capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and site leaders to align HR actions with business priorities, translating organizational goals into practical workforce plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement site-specific strategies and tactical changes that improve workforce effectiveness, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development support to operational leaders and managers to strengthen leadership capability and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Assess and address factors impacting employee engagement within manufacturing environments; partner with leaders to develop targeted action plans.
- Support leaders through change by implementing effective communication, training, and transition plans that drive adoption and minimize disruption.




- Build and maintain strong partnerships with site and operational leadership to deliver impactful HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Partner with business teams to execute HR initiatives that reinforce a people-first, inclusive culture across all Mexico manufacturing locations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing insights and solutions on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations matters.
- Leverage HR analytics and metrics to identify trends, anticipate workforce needs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting manufacturing or operations.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to execute multiple initiatives across diverse sites.
- Must be able to travel monthly to support operations, audits, or other initiatives.
- Working English proficiency to support communication with U.S. and integral stakeholders, including meetings, documentation, and reporting.
