We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 7–10 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business financial processes and compliance requirements.

SAP FICO Implementation & Support Lead and execute end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements

Configure and support FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing)

Manage integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM) Business Process & Requirement Management Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and gather business requirements

Translate business needs into functional specifications (FS)

Work closely with Finance stakeholders to optimize processes Configuration & Customization Configure Chart of Accounts, Company Codes, Taxation, Currency, and Financial Closing processes

Support GST/local statutory compliance (India-specific requirements) Testing & Deployment Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT & UAT

Support go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities
