Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 7–10 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business financial processes and compliance requirements.

SAP FICO Implementation &

- Support

- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements

- Configure and support FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing)

- Manage integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM)

Business Process &
- Requirement Management





- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and gather business requirements

- Translate business needs into functional specifications (FS)

- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to optimize processes

Configuration &
- Customization

- Configure Chart of Accounts, Company Codes, Taxation, Currency, and Financial Closing processes

- Support GST/local statutory compliance (India-specific requirements)

Testing &
- Deployment

- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT &
- UAT

- Support go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities
