**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration
- Accurate completion of clinical records
- Review of the refrigerator logbook at the nursing station
- Review of the crash cart logbook
- Patient discharge process, as assigned, including cleanup and completion of the physical medical record
- Nursing care
- Development of nursing care plans related to independent nursing activities
- Knowledge of nursing taxonomy (NANDA, NIC, NOC)
- Support and assistance to the medical team as needed for patient care and attention
- Preparation of supply and material usage orders
- Return of equipment and medications at the end of the work shift
- Compliance with NOM-004 clinical record standards
**REQUIREMENTS**:




- **Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid professional license/registration is a must**:
- Additional credentials beyond the bachelor’s degree (specialty certification, post-technical training, diploma programs, master’s degree, etc.)
- English language proficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inpatient (hospital-based) patient care
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Peripheral intravenous (IV) cannulation
- Wound care and dressing management
- Operation and handling of biomedical equipment
- Central venous catheter (CVC) care and management
- Effective communication skills
