**We are searching for the best talent for Inventory Analyst II**
**Purpose**:
- Perform cycle counts as per procedures as well as prepares and analyze various reports such as Cycle count adherence, production report, inventory accuracy, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring right levels of inventory, dispose materials as per the RID procedures
**You will be responsible for**:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor inventory levels in the various plant vault location(s) and manage obsolete inventory.
- Support inventory accuracy objectives of 95% by supporting cycle counting process.
- Adjust inventory for materials used for projects, SMR’s and evaluation material.
- Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities
- Perform other jobs as required.
- Follow current compliance regulations and standards.
- Ensure safe working conditions and practices in department.
- WIP reports vs. Production plan.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- B.S. degree or equivalent in technical, business, logistics or engineering
- Approximate experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
- 2 - 4 years of related experience.
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication skills, to interface with manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality
control, purchasing, customs and all other departments as needed.- Good basic math skills
- Knowledge of ERP Systems concept ( MRP)
- Previous clerical experience desired
- Previous manufacturing experience desired
- Basic English writing and reading skills preferred.
