- Management of videoconference and telepresence sessions
- Monitoring of the central telepresence platform
- Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance for audio, projection, digital content distribution, and corporate video equipment
- Support in hardware and software inventory management for videoconference and telepresence equipment
- Monitoring the proper functioning of audio, video, projection, digital content distribution, and power equipment in corporate meeting rooms, executive and managerial offices
- Support for audio, video, and projection requirements for internal and external corporate events
- Troubleshooting minor audio, video, and projection issues in corporate meeting rooms- What you'll bring:
