About The Role

Leads and coordinates the engineering team supporting new product introductions, engineering changes, and product improvement initiatives. Ensures projects meet safety, quality, cost, delivery,



and compliance objectives while providing technical leadership and project oversight. Develops team capabilities and supports organizational readiness for future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, Project Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

New Product Introduction (NPI)

- Coordinate execution of NPI activities across assigned programs or product families.
- Monitor project deliverables, action items, risks, and timing to support successful launch execution.
- Support pilot builds, launch readiness reviews, validation activities, and production ramp‑up.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks associated with product and process launches.

Engineering Change Management

- Oversee execution and follow‑up of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) across assigned products or programs.
- Ensure impacts to BOM, manufacturing process, tooling, inventory, validation, cost,
