We are looking for **Supervisor, EHS** to join our Bermudez Team.
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**
**Education and Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or career related.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.




- Extensive knowledge in environmental regulation.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Personnel management experience.
- STPS, SDUE, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, Civil Defense knowledge.
- 70% English (written and spoken).
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Defining roles and allocating responsibilities and accountabilities to facilitate the effective implementation of the EHS Management System.
- Monitor all incident and accident investigations for follow-up and ensure responsible persons complete their corrective actions preventing recurrences.
- Assist plants on compliance findings, including safety and environmental agencies, at all levels of government.
- Provide training and assistance to plant leaders, safety teams and inter-functional teams.
- Understanding, implementing and communicating general EHS standards and the CommScope EHS Management System to appropriate facility and operations personnel.
- Ensuring employees, management, supervisors, etc. are properly trained in their roles and responsibilities for EHS Management.
