**Job Objective**:
The **Senior Back End Engineer** will play a critical role in **building the core of our product**. This position owns the backend architecture, core systems, and platform evolution, ensuring everything is scalable, modular, and enterprise-ready.
Working closely with the **CEO and CTO**, this role turns ideas into production-ready solutions, helps define the company's technical DNA, and ships high-impact features at speed. The engineer will design and **develop the AI orchestration engine** that converts natural-language inputs into executable workflows, as well as build and maintain robust integrations with key enterprise tools.
Beyond execution, this role contributes to setting** engineering standards,** defining best practices, and collaborating directly with customers to ensure successful implementations and continuous product improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build end-to-end product features using **TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and SQL.**:
- Architect the **AI orchestration** engine that transforms natural-language inputs into executable workflows.
- Develop integrations with Slack, Teams, HubSpot, SAP, and many others.
- Design a scalable, modular infrastructure ready for enterprise use.
- Collaborate to turn ideas into reality.
- Establish our engineering standards, tools, and processes in Latam.
- Talk with customers to advance implementations.
**Requirements**:

- Strong skills in **Python and LLM experience.**:




- Knowledge of TypeScript / Next.js (plus)
- Experience connecting to** third-party APIs**or automation platforms.
