**Job Objective**:
We're growing fast and looking for a **Software Engineer** who could transition to **Founding Engineer**to lead teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Own major product decisions and technical architecture.
- Ship fast and iterate based on real customer feedback.
- Build for enterprise scale from day one.
- Collaborate with the founding team to define technical architecture and establish engineering best practices.
- Build end-to-end features with high standards of quality, speed, and scalability.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency in production environments.
- Contribute to the product roadmap by proposing innovative and scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.
- Prepare the engineering team to scale, including mentoring future hires.




**Requirements**:
- **3 to 5 years** of professional software development experience.
- Strong command of at least one** full technology stack (frontend + backend)** with the ability to design **scalable solutions.**:
- **Knowledge of this stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, Express/Hono, React/NextJs, Tailwind/CSS**:
- **Intermediate-Advanced English (B2+)**:
- Experience in** startups (software-first), YC backed, or big tech.**:
- Experience with **relational and/or non-relational databases**.
- Solid experience with version control (Git) in collaborative environments.
- Builder mindset: passion for building, experimenting, and shipping fast.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a **high-pace startup environment.**
**Nice to have**:
- Previous experience in startups or as part of a founding engineering team.
