This is a fully remote role ideal for candidates with experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and legal documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and service agreementsSupport contract lifecycle management (CLM), including tracking and renewalsConduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and compliance mattersAssist with company filings, regulatory requirements, and compliance trackingMaintain organized legal records,



databases, and document management systemsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, leadership) on legal requestsSupport due diligence processes and risk assessments2–4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate or commercial lawStrong experience with contract drafting and reviewFamiliarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processesExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesExperience with legal tools such as CLM systems, document management platforms, or CRMsAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment?
