Oversees day-to-day operations, defines goals, improves technologies, and determines the best action to meet schedules and resolve technical issues.

What your background should look like

Responsibilities

- Identify Production needs through the observation and analysis of generated information

- Able to develop in high pressure environments

- Self-organized and analytical capabilities

- Able to coordinate and monitor people in the production floor

- Follow up to execution against the production plan previously defined

- Able to work against objectives

- Decision making and needed actions to maintain KPI’s

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as production supervisor

- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in a demanding in production environment.





- Experince and knowledge in the field of tool and assembly construction.

- Systems management, SAP or other ERP’s

- Office tools such Excel, Power Point

- Conflicts management

- Teamwork player

- Leadership
