Requirements

:

- University degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
- Advanced English (spoken and written) MUST
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience with active involvement in ESG MUST
- Experience in client prospecting and consultative sales MUST
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG criteria




- Familiarity with CSR reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Collaborative leadership skills

Main Activities:

- Manage and monitor a portfolio of clients
- Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments and audits
- Develop tailored ESG strategies and frameworks aligned with client goals, industry standards, and regulations
- Provide expert guidance and support in the implementation of sustainable action plans
- Search for innovative solutions to ESG challenges
- Develop monitoring tools and KPIs for clients
- Deliver ESG workshops and training for clients and internal teams
- Benchmarking and preparation of commercial offers
- Participate in team meetings and international projects
- Represent TGS México Rocha in sustainability forums and events

Job Offer:

- Location: CDMX, 100% on-site, near Miyana Mall
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Salary: $35,000–$38,000 gross + sales commissions
