This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience who is skilled at identifying and attracting strong candidates across Latin America for U.S.-based clients.
The adecuado candidate has professional-level English, strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, works independently with minimal supervision, and consistently follows through.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer stage.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews in English and confidently represent Ground Game and our U.S.-based clients.
- Evaluate candidates’ experience, English proficiency, communication skills, professional background, and alignment with each client’s requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers with clear interview feedback and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide insights regarding candidate availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges across Latin America.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
- Manage multiple open positions and hiring processes across different clients and U.S. time zones.
- Track recruiting activity and support the team in meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience recruiting candidates across Latin America for U.S.-based companies or clients.
- Professional-level English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to confidently conduct initial interviews and communicate with U.S.-based clients and hiring managers.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and screening skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives, or other sales and go-to-market professionals.
- Experience recruiting for technical, administrative, corporate, or professional services roles.
- Experience working remotely with distributed or international teams.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics, pipeline management, and hiring best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work.
- Someone who can work independently and perform effectively with minimal supervision.
- A proactive and resourceful problem solver who identifies solutions rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- The ability to stay organized while managing multiple roles, candidates, and deadlines.
- A dependable professional who consistently follows through on commitments.
- Confidence communicating with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
- A collaborative team member with a strong sense of accountability.
- A genuine interest in connecting talented professionals with strong career opportunities.
Work Arrangement
- Fully remote position.
- Open to candidates located in Latin America.
- Candidates must be available to work hours that align with U.S.-based clients.
- Advanced spoken and written English is required.
