and/or chat from prospective clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant informationAccurately document client details in CRM or internal systemsAssess inquiries and route cases to the appropriate teamFollow up with leads to ensure completion of intake processMaintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactionsMeet response time and conversion KPIsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Intake SpecialistFluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and SpanishWorking knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake proceduresProficiency with CRM or legal case management softwareStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information managementAbility to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentReliable high-speed internet and availability to work consistently during US Time ZonesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical professional standardsDemonstrated empathy and professionalism when supporting potential personal injury clients during initial intake conversationsBenefitsAccess to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ general services.Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
