That means you will ensure thatfacilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in placeand implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.How you will contributeYou will:Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and IncidentsBe responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processesParticipate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformancesProvide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activitiesFollow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysisMaintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillarteam/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrenceDevelop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
You will bring experience and knowledge in:Experience in Environmental Health and SafetyMust have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNRECExperience in safety,



and/or environmental technical standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levelsUnderstanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISOMore about this roleThe HS&E; Environment & Compliance Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust environmental management and regulatory compliance programs and systems within the organization.
This role ensures that all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards regarding health, safety, and environment, with a particular focus on environmental aspects and compliance.
This individual collaborates closely with operational teams to foster a culture of safety, environmental protection, and continuous regulatory adherence.What you need to know about this position:Legal and regulatory compliance regarding plant safety and environmental issuesPlant environmental managementContact with North America for environmental managementStay updated on applicable local, national, and international HS&E; legislation and regulations, especially in the environmental field.Assess the organization's compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.Coordinate and respond to external and internal compliance auditsIdentify opportunities for improvement in HS&E; processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure compliance.Support the implementation of new technologies and best practices in HS&EEducation; / Certifications:Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science,



Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Desirable: Postgraduate degree or certifications in environmental management, HS&E;, or management systems (e.G., ISO *****)Job specific requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HS&E; roles, with a strong focus on environmental management and regulatory compliance in industrial or manufacturing settings.Experience interacting with regulatory bodies and managing environmental permitsAttention to detail and accuracy.Proactivity and initiative.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Influence and persuasion skills.Teamwork and collaboration.Ethics and compliance.Change managementKnowledge of management systems- Platform for measuring equipment electricityExperience interacting with regulatory agencies and managing environmental permits Semarnat / PROFEPAWork schedule: Full timeRelocation Support Available?
